Magic Box present a reissue of Marc Brierley's Welcome To The Citadel, originally released in 1968. This is one of the finest underground singer-songwriter albums of its era, blending expert acoustic guitar with jazzy backings from some of Britain's leading contemporary jazz musicians, including Tony Reeves, Henry Lowther, and Mike Travis, and truly psychedelic lyrics. Originally issued in early 1969, it's almost impossible to find in its original incarnation. It's finally reissued here on vinyl, together with an insert that includes background liners and CD of full album with 12 bonus tracks.
